  • Providing evidence-based professional development activities that are sustained, intensive, collaborative, jobembedded, data-driven, and classroom-focused
  • Setting aside up to 3% of a school district’s allocation to support school leaders
  • Making efforts to provide low-income and minority students greater access to effective teachers, principals, and school leaders
